Terms of Service
Commissioning me means you have agreed to my terms of services, as follows:
I. General
1.I do not do furries or any sort of NSFW. Suggestive or sensual subjects are, however, OK.
2. Upon commission is started i will deliver the sketch within 48h. My turnover time is on average 14 days. Should any delays happen beyond the 14 days, i will inform you beforehand.
3. Clients are free to ask for a faster turnover before the commission is accepted, and i will charge you accordingly.
4. I reserve the right to decline any commission request.
5. Commission prices will be changed accordingly, however I will never change the price for in-progress commissions that have already been agreed upon.
6. All communication between me and clients may be saved and/or recorded.
7. I will send work-in-progress updates whenever I make progress/want to check in, or at the client’s request. Feel free to ask how the work is coming along, but don’t spam me.
8. Revisions are limited to composition, figure, and pose during sketch, and overall colour palette during near-finishing.
9. Revisions from the client that will delay the finishing of the work will be charged at 10$ per day delayed.
II. Payment
1. I will only take payments by PayPal in USD.
2. Client can either pay full price upfront or 50/50
3. If 50/50, the final product will not be sent until the rest is paid.
4. Commission will not be considered started before i receive the full upfront or 50% down-payment
5. If the commission is cancelled by the client, a full refund can only be issued if I have not started working on the commission.
6. I reserve the right to cancel any commission at any time. A full or partial refund will be issued depending on if the client wants a high quality/un-watermarked image of whatever progress I have made.
7. The amount of a partial refund depends on how much work has already been completed.
8. If the client files a chargeback, they will be blacklisted and their name/discord will be publicly posted everywhere I want.
III. Image Rights and Usage
1. I reserve full rights to the image and its distribution and use, unless otherwise specified.
2. I reserve the right to show any commissions done on my portfolio or any of my social media websites, unless otherwise specified.
3. Work-in-progress pictures will be watermarked, and finished works will be watermarked and signed.
Watermarks and signatures may not be removed.
4. The client may use the artwork for personal use, such as printing it (not for profit) or displaying it as their profile picture.
5. If the client shares the work, it must be properly credited by linking/tagging any of my social media/sites and including my username; Naughthouse
6. The client cannot use the commission for commercial or profit purposes unless previously discussed.
7. If the client wants to purchase commercial rights or profit off of the commission, they need to let me know when requesting the commission.
8. Under no circumstances can the client claim my own work as theirs.
9. The client may not alter and use my art to create their own (ex: coloring my line art, making edits of my work, etc.) without my express approval. Altered work may not be used for profit.
